Greenhouse MX1:

The automation in the MX1 greenhouse is designed around a 36ft bay open roof greenhouse with ebb and flow floors.

The tables sit on the concrete floor and are moved with overhead table movers .

When the plants are ready to be shipped, they are transported to a different greenhouse.

In this greenhouse they are loaded on conveyor belts which function as a staging/growing area.

Greenhouse MX2:

The MX2 greenhouse is a further improved version of the MX1 greenhouse with 42ft bays.


Special feature in this greenhouse is a double production line where 2 trays side by side can be planted. Take a look below to see how we line up the trays in this double production line.

Full rows are collect and loaded into the table.

Greenhouse MX5:

The MX5 greenhouse is the latest expansion (2019-2023).

Another greenhouse with 42ft x 10ft tables on flood floors. Automated tracks on a lower level  to avoid interference with  the flow of shipping carts and grower traffic.

Each production line / table loader is set up with a touch screen where we can adjust the speed on each belt and each pusher.

For ease of operation, all speeds and timings can be stored under a customizable tray/plant variety name.

Collector belts and pushers are equipped with encoders to enable seamless adaption to any tray width.

Fully automated tracks can be controlled through push button controls or from the overhead table movers.

Transportation tracks are on a lower lever to allow cross traffic with shipping carts.

Table Mowers are currently setup to be manually controlled but have an option for automatic operation. The automatic operation could be used for a spray cycle or light cycles at night.
