Many years ago, after growing up in my Fathers greenhouse in The Netherlands and watching all of his hard work come to life, I thought I would be done with greenhouses. However, I made a commitment to give "greenhouse automation" a try for one year.

I was convinced this would be my final year in or around a greenhouse.  After almost 40 years and still going,  I still have a great passion for greenhouses.  They are man kinds dream come to life, greenhouses are the future of life for the entire world.

In school they told me an electricians education is never done, things will always be evolving

and you have to keep up your education.  Education is a life long never ending process and engineering opens your mind up to newer streamline innovations on every project that you create.

This is actually what kept me in the business of greenhouse automation, after all of these years I’m still learning, either new technologies or finding new ways to solve a problem.

After traveling the world for 15 years to many greenhouses always increasing my knowledge base in engineering and automation.  In 2004 it was time to "limit" my travels to the United States of America and Canada.
